This top floor "duplex" two floor apartment is decorated with very clean and crisp interiors. A full equipped ktchen and all the amenities you need to make your vacation home your home while on vacation. This is a new building with a balcony on the top floor with great city views in the renewed neighborhood of Montefiore. Easy on off the highway and to the train station. This apartment is equal in amenities to hotels such as the Isrotel and Hotel de la Mer but gives you the best pricing with all the comforts of home.

What is the area like?

This neighborhood is very nice. It is quiet during the day and relaxing in the evning. You will not hear any street noises but can step out on your balcony to enjoy the views of the street and the city skyline.

You can find Israeli street wear and beach wear here at shops such as; TNT, Castro and the Mashbir. People watching is at its best from many indoor cafes and restaurants where you can rest your weary feet or just watch people walk by.

Tel Aviv Museum of Modern Art ~ The museum has a big collection of most of the masters including: Van Gogh, Monet, Pissarro, Renoir, Cezanne, Matisse, Modigliani, Chagall, Picasso, Miro and more. Eretz Yisrael Museum ~ This museum focuses on the history and culture of the land and has exhibits in archaeology, folklore and traditional arts and crafts. You can learn for example how wine, oil and flour were manufactured traditionally. North in Ramat Aviv

 

 

Let's Get Practical

You are very near a train station that will take you around Israel. You can travel to Jerusalem which is a nice ride similar to Europe's rails. You can travel north to Rosh Hanikra or south to the beaches at Ashkelon.  Buses and cabs are cheap and easy and can get you around the city very easily. ATMs and cash exchange kiosks will get you the most recent shekel exchange rate. You can also find AM/Pm grocers open 24 hours a day and they will deliver to your apartment.
