What is the area like?

Next to the Yemen Quarter with its food stalls and markets and fantastic restaurants. An  old neighborhood with its old city charm and the luxury that Tel Aviv has grown into. You are close to the south beach hotel zone. You can visit friends at the David Intercontinental Hotel, the Sheraton or the Dan Panorama and brag about the deal you received on your vacation home.

Eretz Israel Museum This museum focuses on the history and culture of the land and has exhibits in archaeology, folklore and traditional arts and crafts. You can learn for example how wine, oil and flour were manufactured traditionally. In the center of the museum complex rises Tell Qasile, one of the most fascinating and important archaeological sites in the Tel Aviv area. Two pottery shards from the First Temple period with Hebrew inscriptions were discovered on the hill.

Let's Get Practical

Buses and cabs are easy to find and a cheap way to get around the city. You can walk to the beaches from this apartment to the boardwalk that connects all of the beach front areas.
