What is the area like?

Dizengoff Center is a landmark in central Tel Aviv - from here you are close to main bus routes, shopping, restaurants and a few minutes walk down to Frishman Beach and the Tel Aviv Promenade. Relax and enjoy a typical israeli past-time with an espresso as you watch the people walk by. The heart of the city is here and offers a true Tel Aviv experience.

What shall I have for lunch?

On Fridays at the Dizengoff Center you can buy home style dishes from food stalls in the mall. On Ben Yehuda just down the street is A Taste of Life, a great vegan restaurant operated by the Hebrew Israelites from Dimona. Mike's Pub is on Allenby overlooking the beach for American food and music or try Tzal HaYam for middle eastern and israeli style dishes further along Allenby with great sea views.

Where can I empty my wallet?

Souvenir shops are on Ben Yehuda Street, at the Dizengoff Center you will find local clothing brands like Castro, and the " Hamashbir " department store. Dizengoff Street has many shoe shops and designer boutiques. Along King George Street you will find factory shops, vintage clothes and market stalls. Take a short walk up Ben Yehuda to shuk HaCarmel for a true Israel experience. Shuk HaCarmel has food stalls, with local cuisine, clothing, carpets and almost anything you could want to buy is offered here in the heart of the city.

Arts and Entertainment?

There is a theatre on the corner Frishman and Dizengoff streetsy. The Israel Museum is a short cab ride away and Old Jaffa is worth the walk along the newly constructed promenade.
