What's in it?

A beautiful clean and modern apartment having a bed sofa for two people in the living room, one more bedroom with double bed again for two, cable LCD T.V, Comfortable dining table for up to four people, accessorized kitchen, a bright bathroom and toilet with a laundry machine and a dryer, and a nice view to the building garden.

This apartment is very quiet and cozy for couples!

What is the area like?

It is located at the most green area of Tel Aviv, Right next to the Hayarkon Park, which have a wide lake with many benches for sitting next to. You can find yourself chilling beneath the shadow of the high trees and feeling just great with the cool and smooth breeze from the sea!

In addition, this area is very close to the old north of Tel Aviv, having many coffees and restaurants near by.

What shall I have for lunch?

The best burger place in Tel Aviv has made another great location on the new Tel Aviv Port. Agadir Burger Bar is the best place in Tel Aviv with many choices from burgers to sausages with a great bar nightlife.

Mul Yam is pricey by Israeli standards but is a very good choice for fresh seafood. Fish are often brought in straight from the sea caught daily by local fisherman. Try this great fish and seafood place in the Tel Aviv port for one amazing meal.

Where can I empty my wallet?

The best shops are in Kikar Hamedina where you will find Prada, Gucci and Ralph Lauren as well as many local Israeli designs. On the way to the beach zone you can go to the new Tel Aviv shops which beats the hubbub of the malls with just as many great shops. On the new Tel Aviv Port you will find many of the national Israeli stores without all the mall crowds. You will find Diesel and Lee Cooper stores just to name a few. On Saturday there is an all day antique fair; weather permitting. Also buses will take you along Dizengoff St for some great one-of-a-kind shops. The mall itself has all the shoppers and many more choices for you to spend the day inside and shop all day long. A walk along Dizengoff St will be fun for you and show you more options all along the way. So get out and walk.

Arts and Entertainment?

The Tel Aviv Museum of Modern Art is on Shmuel Hamelek street and houses the largest collection of Israeli artists. You also find a great collection from Peggy Gugenheim of well known international artists.

The Elena Rubenstein Museum is a small place in the heart of the Dizengoff neighborhood. You can walk there or take a cab to the area and walk back.

Let's Get Practical

ATMs are on every corner and you can receive shekels at the lowest rates all in English, Hebrew or Russian. Buses and taxis are a quick and cheap option to get around Tel Aviv and the beach area. You are about 20 minutes by cab to Old Jaffa or find the number 10 bus on Ben Yehuda and go south to the Clock Tower in Old Jaffa. Tel Avivians are ready to tell you where you need to go so ask for directions.
