Reich vacation rental (Balconi)

What's in it?

A lovely renovated apartment and recently renovated building located on the third floor with an elevator. The decor is very typical Israeli beach lifestyle. It is clean and very comfortable with typical Israeli relaxed lifestyle at the beach. Great holiday apartments in tel aviv

What is the area like?

You will enjoy relaxing in this great place close to the beach but the best things are seen in the streets in this very exclusive part of Tel Aviv which is located in a quiet street near Dizengoff Center. It is very quiet but centrally located to shopping, beaches and eateries

What shall I have for lunch?

My favorites are numerous so I will give you my best two. On the promenade you will find Tzal HaYam. I keep going back to it every time I am in Tel Aviv. You can have several family style salads with fresh home made breads or order the best American style hamburger in Tel Aviv here. Other great choices will have you leaving full and satisfied.

Masada is located on a hill loooking over the beach life near the Frishman beach. It has great salads, coffee and local choices such as shakshuka; a better choice for eggs in the morning. It is near the only McDonald's and KFC on the beach zone.

Where can I empty my wallet?

If you want to make a day of shopping check your map and now walk to Sheinkin Street. It is a more famous out door shopping experience with more local choices and funky styles to choose from with local owners. I ran into a nice sales lady at Krembo's. They have vinyl records and cds upstairs but on the street level shop you will find a great selection of T shirts. They are always a great idea to take back home.

Shuk HaCarmel is a bazaar with open stalls across the street with foods, wines, beers and all the things you will need to stock your fridge or to bring a picnic to the beach. It is fun and you will see even more Israelis here shopping and stopping to take the time to talk or have a cup of coffee at side walk cafes along the way. You can also use your haggling skills here since prices are not fixed.

Arts and Entertainment?

Ben Gurion's home is located on Ben Gurion Street and offers a great history on the making of the Israeli state. You can also walk along to the Habima Theatre which offers some great local choices.

The Tel Aviv Museum of Art is located at 27 Shaul HaMelech. A short cab ride will take you to the largest museum in Israel. It has a great collection of international artists as well as the largest collection of Israeli artists.

Let's Get Practical

All buses and taxis are a cheap and easy means of transportation when your feet give out. Bus drivers and cabbies will speak English and will tell you where to go and when to get off. ATMs are geared for the international tourist with English so you can get cash at the most recent shekel exchange rate. AM/PM is a 24 hour grocer. If you do not find it at the shuk it is here that you can pick up all the necessary things for your dream vacation in Israel.
