Green, cozy and quiet yet close to the beach, the port and all that’s important Enjoy one of Tel Aviv's trendiest places
What's in it?This charming holiday apartment in tel aviv is an attractive and sunny place for you and your family. Perfect for short term rental in tel aviv
What is the area like? This is a European delight! You are in a very exclusive part of North Tel Aviv. You can enjoy the safety of this great neighborhood while getting out and walking. All Israelis would rather walk than drive. Get lost while walking to the beach or to The Eretz Israel Museum or south to Old Jaffa. There are cafes and restaurants along the way for you to choose. Roladin is a local favorite just outside the mall with choices of pastries that will make you loosen your belt. try the 'soufganyot" and a coffee while watching all the people walking by on the way to Israel's favorite pastime; shopping. What shall I have for lunch?Enjoy an Italian Lunch in the Rustico Restaurant, Sushi Basel, Hummus Basel, Hummus Ronen, a light patisserie appetizer, or a cafe in the small charming corners all around the Basel Square. There are also many choices along the walk to the Dizengoff Center. And a nice Sushi place around the corner. Where can I empty my wallet? The Basel area is one of Tel Aviv's trendiest places with plenty of shops of hand made artifacts, fashion, accessories, books and home decorations. Arts and Entertainment? The Sportek is my favorite place. It has sports fields and jogging tracks. You can also walk along the promenade which runs parallel to the beach and find workout areas with kinetic machines to keep you in shape or just people watch. Near the Sportek is the Hayarkon River which has plenty of green and you can even rent a boat here for a nice romantic trek along the city river in the heart of Tel Aviv. Let's Get PracticalThere are ATM's on every corner for cash exchanges to shekels although most places take international currencies. There are 24 hour supermarkets to stock your fridge and pick up some wines and cheeses for that picnic or relaxing on the beach. Cabs and buses are very inexpensive and found at ever turn on the streets. Tel Avivians are ready to tell you where you need to go so ask for directions.
